Many Nutritionists do not assess before giving out advice, but as a Registered Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition, this always forms part of my approach as a qualified healthcare professionalI will assess the most effective and safe approach for your needs as this may be specific if you are struggling with your relationship with food or body image.

Includes 45 minute online video calls personalised to you, your goals and your needs.

Includes access to features such as a food and mood journal, your notes, goals, chat function and video calls 

In app chat function for direct support between sessions if needed and a self-check in form to learn to monitor your own progress and adapt your plan to meet your goals.

Your own tailor-made toolkit will be created with tools, resources and worksheets to use during our time together and beyond 

Receive clear customised and agreed goals and action steps to take to support progress between sessions 

Each session requires preparation, reviewing of information such as journals and post session write ups to make sure you get the most out of your package 

After each video call you will receive comprehensive notes and an action plan so that you can keep on track with the plan and reflect/return to advice when needed 

Your coaching package is complete support which includes:

  • Personalised 1:1 coaching calls (fortnightly)
  • Comprehensive session write‑ups with clear next steps
  • Weekly check‑ins via the coaching app
  • Secure chat access between sessions for support and accountability
  • Optional food & mood diary to help build awareness without judgement

4 Month Coaching Package

Per Month

(Minimum 4month commitment) 

A focused, supportive programme to help you build momentum, gain clarity around your eating habits, establish sustainable routines, and make meaningful progress toward your goals.

Ideal if you want a structured reset with personalised guidance and accountability.

Who is this for?

  • For those that are needing a deeper dive into their nutrition 
  • Those struggling with emotional eating, body image and other issues with their relationship with food  
  • If you are struggling to manage your PCOS and want strategies to support symptoms through food and lifestyle 
  • If you are struggling to manage your menopause and want strategies to support symptoms through food and lifestyle

How long will I work with you?

I ask for a minimum of three months sign up for those struggling with their relationship with food, emotional eating and body image issues as this is something that will take time to work through. 

How will the package be structured?

The package will be structured as follows:

  • Bi-weekly 45 minute online calls
  • Bi-Weekly check in form
  • Ongoing access to app for support between session, access to notes, goals or food journal
  • Ongoing access to toolbox of worksheets and helpful information to support your goals

6 Month Coaching Package

A deeper, more spacious coaching journey that gives you more time to understand patterns, practise new behaviours, navigate challenges, and create long‑term change that feels realistic and maintainable.

Ideal if you’re looking for continued support, deeper habit transformation, and a gentler pace.

Who is this for?

  • For those that are needing a deeper dive into their nutrition 
  • Those struggling with emotional eating, body image and other issues with their relationship with food 
  • If you are struggling to manage your PCOS and want strategies to support symptoms through food and lifestyle 
  • If you are struggling to manage your menopause and want strategies to support symptoms through food and lifestyle 

How long will I work with you?

There is no set time for how long it takes to work on these issues however, often clients struggling with their relationship with food, emotional eating and body image issues work with me for 6-12 months, and sometimes longer.

How will the package be structured?

The package will be structured as follows:

  • Bi-weekly 45 minute online calls
  • Bi-Weekly check in form
  • Ongoing access to app for support between session, access to notes, goals or food journal
  • Ongoing access to toolbox of worksheets and helpful information to support your goals

How to get started

1. Book a Free Discovery Call

A relaxed chat to explore your goals, make sure we’re a good fit, and confirm that 1:1 coaching is the right support for you.

2. Choose Your Coaching Package

Once your discovery call is complete, you can choose between a 4‑month or 6‑month coaching programme and start your journey with full support and get access to the app.

3. Begin Your Coaching Programme

Your first session will be an assessment session to ensure that I understand all your needs and can give safe and effective advise.  This is a great opportunity to really get to know each other and to understand your goals and what you hope to achieve from coaching.  From there we can begin your nutrition coaching journey.
