  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz.  The mixture should come together when pressed between your fingers when ready. 
  2. Use 1 heaped teaspoon of mixture and roll it in your hands to make a ball.  Wet your hands slightly to ensure the mixture doesn’t stick 
  3. Keep the balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week 
  4. Enjoy! 


🍽️ Kate’s Top Tip: Swap the nuts for any variety you prefer or have at home and experiment with different flavours! For a cosy twist, replace the orange zest with a pinch of ground ginger or cinnamon for a warm, spiced kick.
