Oats are an excellent source of complex carbs, meaning they’ll keep you fuelled for longer and saving you from unconscious snacking. Better yet – they’re super easy to make!

This recipe is such a fave in our household, even the kids love it. You can get creative with different toppings, or even add a scoop of protein powder to give it an even bigger nutrition punch!



  • 80g frozen berries
  • 50g oats
  • 120ml milk
  • 40g natural yoghurt
  • 25g nuts/seeds


  1. In a bowl: combine the oats, milk & yoghurt.
  2. Place the frozen berries in a separate bowl.
  3. Leave the oat mixture & berries in the fridge overnight.
  4. The following morning, place your defrosted berries on top of the oats.
  5. Sprinkle the recipe with nuts/seeds or a topping of your choice!
