Many Nutritionists do not assess before giving out advice, but as a Registered Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition, this always forms part of my approach as a qualified healthcare professional. I will assess the most effective and safe approach for your needs as this may be specific if you are struggling with your relationship with food or body image.

In app chat function for direct support between sessions if needed and a self-check in form to learn to monitor your own progress and adapt your plan to meet your goals.

Each session requires preparation, reviewing of information such as journals and post session write ups to make sure you get the most out of your package
After each video call you will receive comprehensive notes and an action plan so that you can keep on track with the plan and reflect/return to advice when needed
All behaviour change takes time to instil and so a minimum of 4 sessions is recommended for anyone wanting to make changes to their diet and lifestyle

Yes, I can offer Individual 45-minute online sessions which can be purchased at a cost of £105 each. These are only offered once you have completed a package if you feel you would like some ongoing support. Please note these are subject to availability.
